5 small steps to start a good day !

the most important things to start your day correctly are the first few minutes.

here are 5 small ways to start your morning correctly!

1-Stay unplugged from screen!

All of us , the first thing we do is checking our smartphone or tablette and it's a harmful  action!
instead of checking your messages or emails try to remaining separated From screens for a minumum of one hour and your morning should be just for you
so you need to disable your phone or tablette notification to start a good day with a totally awareness and a strong focus.


2-Drink a glass of water 


to hydrate your body after going hours without a drop you need to drink a glass of water at the first minutes of the morning! 
for a healthy and refresh day you can add a lemon to your warm glass of water , it helps to provide a source of vitamin C and remove toxics from digestive tract!


3-Make your bed

by this simple action that may seem uncessary because your are just going to use it at night but completing this simple task will give you the motivation to take more on!

while drinking your glass of lemon water and making your bed set your day goals with writing it on a list and try to reduce them to three-five global goals.

5-Practise Sports Exercices!

some sort of physical activity like a simple yoga or a simple sport movement give the body and the mind a strong positive energy.
